• Windsor Essex Signs does not accept returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective sign, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the sign must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the sign company is at fault for the damage or defect.
  • Once we receive the exchanged item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement if it meets our exchange policy requirements.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
